This is hereby informed that the branch SHEMROCK Uday Baug, Pune has been closed permanently.

The said Branch will no longer be authorized to use our trademark SHEMROCK, Logo or any of the SHEMROCK Curriculum, Activities, Programme, Books, Bags, Diaries, Uniforms, School interiors or any other intellectual properties of SHEMROCK with immediate effect.

We will no longer provide to the said Branch SHEMROCK Curriculum and activities, as SHEMROCK has been closed permanently.

SHEMROCK Group of Schools will not be responsible for any payments and dispute between the parents and SHEMROCK Uday Baug , due to any payments given as Fees henceforth.

LASTLY, WE WOULD ADVISE ALL PARENTS NOT TO MAKE ANY FURTHER PAYEMTS TO SHEMROCK Uday Baug, UNDER ANY MISTAKEN BELIEF THAT THE SCHOOL IS PART OF THE SHEMROCK GROUP OF SCHOOLS.
