This is hereby informed that the branch SHEMROCK Convent has been closed permanently.

The said Branch will no longer be authorized to use our trademark SHEMROCK, Logo or any of the SHEMROCK Curriculum, Activities, Programme, Books, Bags, Diaries, Uniforms, School interiors or any other intellectual properties of SHEMROCK with immediate effect. We will no longer provide to the said Branch SHEMROCK Convent, SHEMROCK Curriculum and activities.

SHEMROCK Group of Schools will not be responsible for any payments and dispute between the parents and SHEMROCK Convent , due to any payments given as Fees henceforth.
LASTLY, WE WOULD ADVISE ALL PARENTS NOT TO MAKE ANY FURTHER PAYEMTS TO SHEMROCK Convent, UNDER ANY MISTAKEN BELIEF THAT THE SCHOOL IS PART OF THE SHEMROCK GROUP OF SCHOOLS.
