Forms are available on all working days from school office in working hours (except on holidays and II & IV Saturday) from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on payment of Rs. 300.

- Admission Charges (at the time of admission) : (i) Admission Fee (Non-refundable) : Rs. 10,000/- (ii) Security Deposit ( Refundable) : Rs.5,000/- (iii) Annual fee ( Per Year) : Rs.5,000/- Total Admission Charges : Rs.20,000
