Registration forms:

Forms available between 15th – 18th Dec from 9am to 12.30 pm & 21st – 22nd Dec from 9am to 1pm

Cost of Registration form: Rs.25/-(twenty five only)

Forms can be purchased from :

Nursery Department, 17 A W.E.A. Karol Bagh, New Delhi

Submission of Registration Forms: 4th Jan – 8th Jan 2010 between 9am to 12.30pm.
