Shemrock has numerous activities that keep happening all round the session for the kids. This includes celebrations for various festivals, occasions etc. The most awaited of these is the annual event that is hosted by the Shemrock Preschools, is the annual function which is participated in by hundreds of students from all branches. The Mega Show Case 2009-Magic Box was celebrated over a duration of over 5 days from March 2nd to March 6th 2009. Venue for the celebration was the Satya Sai Auditorium, Delhi.
The Mega Show Case 2009 was presided over by Sri Maninder Jeet Singh Bitta, Congress Leader and Chairman of ‘All India Anti Terrorist Front’. The superb welcome of the Chief Guest was followed by children performing amazing dances on songs, which they had prepared after very long sessions and a lot of hard work.
Performances included dances on the Barbie song, hit parade, Sports victory dance, Punjabi performances, etc. Focus on another activity-cum-interaction programme called ‘Synergy’ was also present in the function. This involved the parents and grandparents of the children to perform with them on stage and share love and celebration time. Words of wisdom and encouragement were spoken by Dr. D. R. Arora, Chairman, Shemrock Chain of Preschools and Mrs. Meenal Arora, Executive Director of the Group for the parents as well as the teachers for their efforts and superb results that the Shemrock Preschools have been showing.
