Registration forms for class Pre-School (Nursery) for session 2013-2014 will be available at the school reception and can be downloaded from the school website from January 1, 2013 to January 15, 2013.

List of attested photocopies of supporting documents to be given by parents along with the completed Registration Form.

Originals to be produced by parents at the time of admission:

• Date of birth certificate of child.
• Proof of residence (Voter Identity Card / Ration Card / Passport).
• Proof of Educational qualifications and attested copies of highest degree achieved.
• Proof of Occupation (Identity Card/ Visiting Card).
• Certificates etc. of awards won by parents.
• Authenticated document for a child with Special needs (if applicable).
• Proof of Transfer Certificate (if required).
• Proof of Sibling (if applicable) – a fee receipt of previous year.
• Authenticated documents for proof of EWS (if applicable).
• Any other supporting document/s.
