Eligibility for admission to pre-school (Nursery):

Children born between 01/04/2009 to 31/03/2010 may apply.

Registration Forms for Admission to Pre-school (Nursery) class for the academic year 2013-14 will be available from 1st to 15th of January, 2013 only between 09:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. No forms will be distributed on Saturday and Sunday.
Completed forms may be dropped into the drop box placed at Gate No.1 and Gate No. 2 from 1st to 15th January, 2013 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Kindly bring the original Birth Certificate as well as the attested copy of the birth certificate at the time of purchase of forms.

For registration every candidate will be required to fill up a Registration Form attached with this prospectus and the same will be submitted to the school’s office. The class / classes for which registration opens are notified every year. The admission seekers are requested to complete the formalities by the specific date.

List of Supporting Documents Required at the Time of Submission of Forms:-

1. Attested  copy  of  Birth  Certificate  of  child  issued  by  MCD/NDMC/Municipal Corporation  of any other state.
2. Proof  of  Residence  –  Attested  photocopy  of  Parent(s)  Ration  Card/Voter’s  Identity  Card/Telephone  Bill/Electricity  Bill/Water  Bill/Passport/Gas  Connection Receipt/ Registered Rent Agreement prior to January 01, 2012 [Any two].
3. Proof to validate first child (Affidavit on Rs.10/- Stamp paper in original)
4. Proof  of  Alumni  of  S.R.D.A.V.,  Dayanand  Vihar,  i.e.,  photocopy  of  Class-XII Certificate.
5. Proof to validate status of single parent.
6. Proof to validate child with special medical needs.
7. Proof  to  validate  sibling  application  [copy  of  last  fee receipt/I-card/Report  card  of brother/sister already studying in S.R.D.A.V. Public School, Dayanand Vihar,  Delhi].
8. Proof of working in sister concern.
9. Any official document (Appointment letter/Office order) to support your  transferable  Job.

Important:

• Incomplete/Incorrect / Duplicate Registration Forms will be rejected.
• Dates for Verification of documents for the short listed candidates shall be intimated through e-mail only with effect of 10^th January 2013.
• Verification of documents does not confirm the admission.

Admission Procedure

• Enter the details on the form online. Note down the registration number and password for future correspondence.
• Pay online the processing fee using credit card
• Print the application form with the online transaction details.
• Affix recent coloured passport size photograph at the designated place on the form and sign it. Please write the registration number and the name at the back of the photograph before affixing. Submit the duly filled form to the school office by hand or by post before due date for submission.
• Incomplete application will be rejected.
• Bring the completed application along with the proof of residence and date of birth certificate duly attested on the date of submission of form to the school and report to the venue mentioned on the application.

Note: Admission to Vasundhra Sec 6 & Sec 1 – Applications filled at both the school for the same child will not be entertained.
